Band Saw Cutting

Cut-to-size plate cutting performed using CNC band saws for linear and perpendicular cuts with a high level of precision.
The equipment is capable of processing materials with thicknesses up to 1200 mm, ensuring cutting tolerances of -0/+3 mm.
This service is suitable for supplying individually sized pieces, ready for subsequent machining operations on all coordinates (X, Y, Z).

Thanks to the use of a machining centre and dedicated equipment, it is possible to work on all dimensions (X, Y, Z), ensuring high accuracy and repeatability.
The machining process provides complete component preparation, minimising subsequent operations and supplying parts ready for use or for advanced production stages.

Protective Film Application

Film type: High-Tack PE film, suitable for laser cutting

Application: Single-sided, double-sided

The application of protective film helps preserve the integrity of surfaces during handling, machining and transportation.
The use of High-Tack PE films provides effective protection against scratches, impacts and contamination, without affecting the material’s properties.
This process is particularly suitable for maintaining high quality standards up to delivery, ensuring components are ready for use or for subsequent production stages.
